The conference also plans to organize an exhibition on ‘Clean Technology Options’ on water management, where large number of delegates from all over India and overseas are expected to participate. The exhibition is intended as a main focus of the conference, displaying products and services available in the water management sector in India and abroad. The conference organizing committee is inviting the corporates, small and medium scale industries, companies and organizations involved in clean technology mechanism to display and demonstrate technological options to the participants and the public.

The conference exhibition will give exhibitors ample opportunity to be part of this event, and to showcase their products and services. As an exhibitor, you will gain maximum visibility amongst a targeted audience of delegates comprised of scientists and young researchers, officials from government agencies as well as non governmental organizations' representatives, academics and company officials engaging in the field of water management.

The minimum exhibition space available is 9m2 (3 x 3m), while the exhibitors can take multiple of this single space

(3 x 3m size). The exhibition space fee includes two complimentary full delegate pass to the conference and technical sessions (this includes morning and afternoon tea and lunch). Each exhibition space will be provided with 1 table, 2 chairs, 3 lights and 1 plug point. Poster panel of 1 x 2.5 m size is available at Rs. 500/- per board.

To register, fill in and return the exhibition space registration form along with the prescribed fee (DD to be drawn in favour of The Secretary, NCUWM-2009 payable at Bangalore) to the conference secretariat. Space is limited at the conference venue and hence exhibitors are requested to register with the Conference Secretariat as early as possible. The registrations will be confirmed to the participants on first come, first in basis.
